What is a Referral Associate?
A Referral Associate is someone who can earn income by sending a person they know to a real estate agent as a lead. Referral Associates gain part of the real estate agent’s commission whenever the person they referred buys and/or sells a home while being represented by that real estate agent. It’s as simple as that. You will not yourself list or sell property.
Why should you become a Referral Associate?
If you would like to get your feet wet with real estate and make a decent commission, please read on... A Weichert Referral Associate makes approximately 30% of what an active agent makes, but you don't have to:
- Attend weekly office meetings
- Take expensive CE classes
- Pay for Errors & Omissions Insurance (in most states)
- Work Open Houses (with no heat, chairs, or air conditioning... been there, done that)
- Have clients call you at 2:00am
- Have clients not show up for an appointment
- etc...
Do you get my point? As a Referral Associate you work your own hours and work for yourself! By joining my team, I will share with you my success stories and creative marketing ideas (hint hint, having your own web site helps :0).
